recording in new york
A gorgeous fall weekend this November, I took a smelly coach bus to NYC to visit one of my dearest friends. Luckily that friend happens to be one of the most talented guitarists/engineers/producers I know, and so of course our weekend was only complete with a little studio time. Jack Schneider and I recorded around five tracks (all of which are new songs!), and I am so thrilled to share them! Look forward to an EP of some sort later this year!
new england conservatory/ tufts
I was recently accepted to the Contemporary Improvisation program at the New England Conservatory and will begin study in the five year Tufts/NEC dual degree program this spring. I am beyond thrilled to be studying where some of my inspirations- Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O'Donovan, Rachael Price, etc- have studied and to continue my studies at Tufts alongside my studies at NEC. It is sure to be a thoroughly challenging and unique college experience, however I expect to grow tremendously over the five or so years in the program!

Chosen as one of five other songwriters from thousands of applicants to attend YoungArts Week, I got to attend master classes, collaborate with other young artists of various disciplines, and perform at the New World Center.
